DISCONTINUANCE OF MONTHLY REMINDER NOTICES

EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2009

As a result of regulatory reform legislation passed by Indiana Congress, Tele-Media Solutions will discontinue mailing 'Reminder Notices' to subscribers with past due account balances effective July 1. Tele-Media Solutions' invoices are mailed on the 1st of each month and all charges are due upon receipt, including all applicable taxes, fees and surcharges. After the 17th of each month any unpaid balances will be assessed late payment fees. Accounts are subject to suspension after 30 days. Any customer disconnected for nonpayment is required to pay all past due amounts plus the current month's charges before service is restored. An $18.50 reconnection fee will be charged on the next billing statement.
