Bills & Payments
Bills
are mailed on the 1st of each
month. They cover service and
feature charges for one month
in advance plus any long distance
charges from IntereXchange Carriers
for which Tele-Media Solutions
bills on their behalf. Payment
may be made by mail or in person
to the business office.
All
bills are due upon receipt and
become delinquent if not paid
by the 17th. After the 17th
a penalty charge will be added
to the delinquent bill.
All
bills unpaid by 1st of following
month are subject to disconnection.
A reconnection charge, as ordered
in our Tariff, will be made
for restoring service after
bill is paid.
All
customers disconnected for nonpayment
will be required to pay all
past due amounts plus the current
month’s charges plus the current
reconnect fee before they will
be reconnected.
When
paying by mail, forward your
remittance slip with your payment
in an envelope to help us credit
your account promptly. If the
remittance slip is not available,
please write your telephone
number on your check and mail
it to: P.O. Box 9, Pekin, IN
47165-0009. For your convenience
a drive-thru payment drop box
is located on the north side
of the building.

To sign up for this service, simply print and complete the
Automatic Monthly Payment Service Authorization Form and drop it by our business office. Attach a voided check if choosing EFT. An authorization form is also available at our business office and on the reverse side of your monthly payment stub.
