If you are establishing service for the first time or simply moving it from one location to another, please call 967-3171 and one of our service representatives will help you with your calling needs and requirements to establish phone service.

To establish new service, an installation charge* of $75.00 and photo identification are required before service will be connected.

Single line service is provided to all customers. It permits an unlimited amount of local calling for a flat monthly fee.

WHEN YOU’RE READY TO START PHONE SERVICE,
We need to know:

• Your complete street address (including apt. number or lot number, if applicable).
• Applicant must provide a valid 911 address.
• How you want to be listed in the directory.
• The types of services you want.
• Your choice of long distance carrier.
• When you want your phone service to begin.
• Employment information (for residential service).
• Business ownership information (for business service)

TELEPHONE NUMBERS

We will assign you a telephone number at our discretion. The customer has no proprietary rights to the number.

YOU NEED TO SELECT A LONG DISTANCE COMPANY.

Long distance service is provided by many companies within our area. Rates for these types of calls are determined by the companies that provide this service. Long distance calling services are competitive and therefore, we cannot recommend any particular company to you.

DISCONNECTION FOR NONPAYMENT

Trip Charge Assurance is a convenient way to avoid the standard $48.00 trip charge should a service problem be caused by your connection to our network. (Must retain for a minimum of 12 months with a one time service order charge of $6.50.)

*800 Blocking, 900 Blocking, 976 Blocking and Toll Blocking will be initially provided free of charge at your request. Subsequent changes will require a $18.50 service order charge.
